With my personal experience renting, leasing, and buying/selling real estate during the roughly 30 years I lived in Canada and about 4 years in Serbia, I understand the differences between transactions in North America and Europe compared to Japan, and I can guide you through purchasing property here with that perspective in mind. I lived in Japan through high school, so I am fluent in Japanese, and I later attended an art university in Canada, so I am also fluent in English. I worked as a flight attendant for a Canadian airline for 18 years, but eventually became interested in working in finance and passed the Canadian Securities Course. Shortly after that I returned to Japan, developed an interest in real estate, and obtained my real estate license here.

Real estate regulations and practices change constantly, so staying up to date requires ongoing study, and the work is never simple. However, with the recent increase in interest in Japanese real estate and the many inquiries I receive, I work closely not only with RE/MAX but also with external professionals to ensure clients can buy property with confidence and peace of mind. Although Teru and I are in our first year as a team, his extensive experience and knowledge of the Japanese real estate market, along with his strong negotiation skills, sound judgment, and excellent communication abilities, are truly valuable assets to our team.

Background
Originally from Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, I am the middle of three siblings, with an older brother and a younger sister. While my parents and siblings still reside in our hometown, I relocated five years ago to Fukuoka, where my paternal grandmother lives.

Career History
After graduating from the Department of Economics at Komazawa University in Tokyo, I joined a domestic denim manufacturer. As a sales representative, I handled a wide range of clients—from small local boutiques to major mass retailers—where I mastered the fundamentals of business.

Driven by a long-held dream, I later struck out on my own to open a vintage clothing store. From fundraising and store renovation to sourcing inventory and marketing, managing every aspect of the business was an incredibly fulfilling experience. After three years of successful operation, I decided to transition into the real estate industry, seeking a career where I could make an even deeper impact on people lives.

Vision and Expertise
Now in my third year in real estate, I have observed that Fukuoka internationalization is still in its early stages. Specifically, there are very few agencies equipped to meet the unique needs of international clients.

To bridge this gap and contribute to the growth of Fukuoka, I specialize in providing high-quality real estate services for overseas investors. I am committed to maintaining absolute transparency and providing reliable support to ensure my clients can purchase property in Fukuoka with total peace of mind.
